Associate Partner - CDM

A highly respected, award winning building consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Associate or Associate Partner to head up the team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a new consultancy team across a wide range of construction projects across all sectors.

As the successful Associate Partner, you will be able to manage and be accountable for service delivery on a wide portfolio of projects and facilitate open communication between the designer, client and contractors. You will lead the development of services, business development, commercial management and growth as well as providing the role of CDM Consultant and Principal Designer Advisor for main clients.

The successful Associate Director will have extensive CDM Consultancy experience, including 2 years at a senior level. A Design or Construction background is essentials well as NEBOSH Construction Certificate and membership to the APS.

This role has a mapped out path to future partnership and is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious senior professional within CDM to build a team and develop new client relationships whilst also delivering existing project work in the South.
