SHE Advisor

We are working with a global manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a SHE Advisor to be based at one of their key manufacturing operations in the North West. The position will be based on a fast-paced and high-risk site and requires an individual with strong technical knowledge, coupled with the ability to engage others and contribute to the overall HSE strategy for the business.  The Role:

• Support the development of the HSE culture across the site
• Work collaboratively with the wider HSE team to develop the strategy for the business
• Implement and maintain HSE Management systems
• Work with staff on day-to-day HSE matters

The Candidate:

• Hold the NEBOSH Diploma minimum qualification
• Proven HSE experience within manufacturing environments
• Experience with SHE Management systems
• Excellent people skills. The ability to influence others is vital
