EHS Manager

We are working with a global manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint an EHS Manager to join their site in Leicestershire. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be providing support across the division to ensure management systems are implemented, KPI's are met and sufficient training is delivered. This would be an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to have a more strategic focus from their next role.

 The Role

• Implement various EHS policies and procedures across site which managing EHS compliance
• Develop and evaluate safety strategy and ensure best practice is adhered to
• Promote a positive EHS culture across the company
• Write and deliver Health and Safety Workshops and training

The Candidate

• Experience within a manufacturing organisation is highly desired
• Substantial knowledge of implementing EHS management systems
• Ability to manage a team
• Strong skillset to engage and influence stakeholders of various levels
