HSE Avisor (Chemicals)
A chemical manufacturing organisation in North Wales looking to grow the SHE team.
Your new company
A leader in their field. The organisation run a chemical process/manufacturing site and are looking to add an additional person to the already very successful H&S team. The organisation treat H&S as one of, if not, their top priority.
Your new role
As HSE advisor you, along with the rest of the team, will be responsible for driving the culture within the business. You will be coaching managers and other members of the team on all H&S related topics. You will monitor and ensure that all compliance is up to date, this will be done through regular auditing and inspections. You will plan and deliver projects relating to H&S and improving H&S results within the business. The site is a COMAH site so you will also be responsible for ensuring that these standards are adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to hold minimum NEBOSH general or equivalent. You will also have full membership to IOSH. You will have wide H&S knowledge within a chemical manufacturing or similar process environment. You will be confident to work with other members of the organisation at all levels and will be able to display excellent knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice.
