Health & Safety Advisor job for a global environmental Consultancy. UK Travel. Up to £40k.

A leading multi-disciplined environmental consultancy with a global network of offices are currently looking for a self-motivated and diligent Advisor to join their Health & Safety team on a permanent basis due to recent expansion.
Your new role
As a HSE Advisor, based out of the North West but covering the UK, your main responsibility will be to assist in the provision and continued delivery of health and safety solutions to achieve assurance in the company's work, together with attainment of best practice. You will be working dynamically with all teams as they work on some major civils and infrastructure projects in the UK.
On a daily basis you will engage with staff and contractors regarding performance and support the delivery of objectives and targets; implement policies and procedures both on site and in the office; conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations; assist in the implementation of initiatives; provision and design of training to employees and external parties; support the delivery of legal compliance and provide ongoing advice to workforce.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years previous experience within a Health & Safety position ideally within a Civils or Construction environment and a NEBOSH General certificate. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and be willing to travel nationally.
