Health and Safety Business Partner ​

Our three businesses, Aspire Housing, PM Training and the Realise charity blend commercial expertise with social purpose to revitalise communities by providing homes, training, employment and support.

Effective oversight and co-ordination of our safety management system is critical to our success and we now seek to appoint a Health & Safety Business Partner who will work collaboratively with all areas of our businesses to ensure we maintain the very highest standards, meet regulatory requirements and adopt best practices to maintain our position as a leader in safety management.

This is not a traditional health and safety role. Your experience may be in safety management but might also be in operational risk management. We’re not looking for someone to tick boxes or walk around our buildings with a clip board. We want a confident, articulate influencer with the interpersonal skills to bring people together, who can see the bigger picture and anticipate risks that might compromise our ability to work safely and effectively.

You’ll need to have proven experience in a similar role, the confidence to challenge in a supportive way, the ability to think and act strategically and a pragmatic approach to safety management. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
