European Process Safety Engineer

We are working with a global manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a European Process Safety Engineer to join their site in Cambridgeshire. Managing Process Safety across several sites across the UK and Internationally, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and improve global process systems. You will also lead on the implementation of company corporate process safety policies.

The Role:

Develop & Maintain the Technical Safety culture – Working with key-stakeholders in helping them understand their role in HSE managementTo be a driving-force for SHE performanceSupport the senior management team in developing and maintaining a positive & robust cultureCarry out training and audits on a regular basis

The Candidate:

Hold (or working towards) the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualificationA background in chemical or process manufacturing is essential; along with COMAH experienceDemonstrate the ability to engage and influence othersMaintain a hands-on approach – The ability to build working relationships is vital
