An exciting opportunity has come up with a global leading manufacturing organisation, based in Newport who are currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their business. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and drive the site forwards.

The Role:

  • You will continually identify where improvements can be made
  • Oversee the day to day running of the Engineering division 
  • Provide support to the team
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Thermal Spray Process
  • Problem solving - internal/customer/raw material supplier issues

    • The Candidate:

    It is essential you have a Coatings backgroundYou must have prior experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersYou will have a hands-on approach Ideally have a mechanical engineering background
