Divisional HSE Director - Newbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and respected multidisciplinary consultancy, whose brand is widely recognised for the quality and expertise of its consultants. This is an internal facing role, leading an entire division on H&S strategy, managing a team and ensuring compliance across business units within your division. Reporting into the Global Health and Safety Director, this role will see you managing a small team, delivering across all levels of the business.  

The Role:

Managing HSE requirements for the division in line with Group Strategy Working with Directors, Managers and staff, advising in all areas of HSE Work to improve HSE standards across the division, developing resources and implementing and achieving HSE objectivesAudit to ensure Group HSE legislation is adhered to and ensure all business units are updated on changes in legislation and policy

The Candidate:

Experience working at a strategic level in a HSE role, covering multiple locations Experience of operating at a senior level within HSE risk management, within large scale organisations with diverse risk profilesQualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent CMIOSH (GradIOSH will also be considered) Happy to travel up to nationwide, covering multiple site locations
