Radian Group has an exciting opportunity for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team based in Eastleigh. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits).

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor role:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and competent Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our established team working in both occupational and customer safety. You will be responsible for providing a customer focused, professional and effective health and safety service in the workplace for all departments across our wide range of business activities.

You will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all aspects of safety, health and wellbeing as well as conducting inspections, audits and accident investigations. There will be opportunities to deliver training, write safety procedures and design awareness campaigns.

What we’re looking for in our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor:

You will need to be able to work under your own initiative, be highly organised and positively engage with a diverse workforce and our customers effectively.

You will be required to travel to multiple sites across the south so you must have a full, clean driving licence and your own car insured for business use.
