Learning and Development Manager- H&S

We are currently working with a globally renowned manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a proven Learning and Development Manager, who has the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders of all levels. The successful Learning and Development Manager will play a pivotal role in helping roll out training and learning packages on some of the most innovative technology within the automotive industry.

The Role of Learning and Development Manager:

Review, design and develop high quality training packages that support the businesses Health and Safety division.Take ownership of the development and learning solutions, in line with the business requirements.Encourage and drive a culture of continuous learning within the business.Use a range of techniques to ensure creative learning is taking placeUse a variety of learning techniques that enables the learner to apply this new knowledgeProduce clear measurable learning platforms

The Candidate:

Experience of creating technical learning solutions  Ability to work as part of a team and individually Knowledge of development and learning methodologies Strategic, set clear outcomes and objectivesA qualification or award in the field of Health and Safety. Eg IOSH / Managing SafelyA working knowledge of UK academic qualification levels (2 to 7)
