Our client is a market leading luxury retail store in Central London and they are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their fantastic Health and Safety team. The organisation is extremely fasted paced, and customer driven.

Your new role
This role is a customer facing role with a vast amount of responsibility. You will be delivering regular audits and risk assessments on the shop floor. Providing recommendations and instilling a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the organisation. Alongside this you will also be responsible for training staff members up on fire, health and Safety practises and ensure they're continuously upheld. Finally, you will also be supporting on projects which are taking place across the store floors. This will entail liaising with key stakeholders and making sure everything is delivered following a positive fire, health and safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have a wealth of previous experience within Health and Safety - retail experience is desirable. Hold at least a level 5 or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety. Have plenty of knowledge and experience with implementing Fire, Health and Safety policies. Extremely good communication and other soft skills.
