Group Process Safety Manager

We are working exclusively with a global manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a Process Safety leader to join their organisation, with a preferred location in the North-West of England. Managing Process Safety across several sites across the UK and mainland Europe, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and improve global process systems. This is newly created role and is a chance to work with a progressive and growing organisation..

The Role:

Develop & Maintain the Technical Safety culture – Working with key-stakeholders in helping them understand their role in prices safety management

To be a driving-force for Safety Process performance

Support the senior management team in developing and maintaining a positive & robust cultureCarry out training and audits on a regular basis

The Candidate:

Hold relevant qualification in process Safety and /or engineering

A background in chemical or process manufacturing (or similar)Demonstrate the ability to engage and influence othersMaintain a hands-on approach – The ability to build working relationships is vital Ref: LT 14407
