Senior CDM Consultant

An exciting opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy with a history of providing high quality, consultancy services to the engineering and construction industry. This is a newly created role to join their Hampshire based team and will involve travel throughout the South East. They are a design led business and work with clients across a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Rail and Residential. 

The role:

• Acting as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor to a range of clients
• Managing the relationship with the client and ensuring the client's experience is a positive one
• Attending design meetings, influencing the design team to eliminate risk 
• Carrying out site inspections 

The candidate:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate 
• A construction related degree 
• Proven experience of delivering both Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on a variety of projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence design teams to a positive outcome.
