I am currently working on behalf of my client a housing association based in the Greater Manchester area for a Health and Safety advisor to join their team to help maintain continuous improvement in the management of health and safety.

Your new role

• To support and help drive a Health and Safety culture
• Undertake site inspections and audits
• Assist in the development of safety policies and procedures
• Identify employee training needs and help develop and deliver training
• Produce management KPI reports in relation to Health & Safety
• To assist managers to maintain safe systems of work and provide advice

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this position applicants must have a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent and have experience in a similar role. You will have knowledge of health and safety management systems and the ability to build strong effective relationships.
