An expanding public sector facilities company based in West London are looking to appoint a H&S Advisor to support the manager with continuous improvement and implementation of health & safety business wide.
Your new role
This role focuses on providing professional SHEQ advice and helping to embed operational practices and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for helping to develop, implement and monitor SHEQ policies and procedures as well as support on management system compliance (9001, 14001 and 45001.) You will be supporting senior leaders in the business with competent advice, delivering training as well as taking on bespoke projects. Currently there is projects waiting to get stuck into including reviewing RAMS, COSHH assessments and more... This role is office based 5 days a week with some travel around to sites.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to hold a NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum as well as detailed knowledge of health & safety legislation and practical experience in delivering training and auditing to management systems. A knowledge of CDM 2015 would also be beneficial. You will need to hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be a confident communicator and report-writer.
What you'll get in return
