An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading facilities management companies to recruit a Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Manager. This is a great opportunity to work for a forward-thinking organisation who are leaders in their field.
The position will join an established Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental team. This will be a varied role, in a dynamic, fast paced environment and will have responsibility for the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental remit covering a large portfolio across London and the South East.

Responsibilities for the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Manager will include:

  • Visiting sites, implementing a regular audit program, ensuring the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environment policies
  • Working closely with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment team to identify areas for performance improvement and creating ideas to take advantage of these
  • Accurately reporting on Health and Safety performance and communicating this across the organisation and investigating accidents and incidents and identifying the root cause
  • Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies

The successful Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within facilities management, property, building services or a related industry
  • Proven experience with management systems (i.e 18001, ISO9001 and ISO14001)
  • NEBOSH or NCRQ Certificate (ideally working towards diploma level) and membership of IOSH
  • Excellent communications skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • A strong technical knowledge across relevant health and safety legislation, compliance and regulations
