Health Safety & Quality Manager

We are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint a Health Safety & Quality Manager to cover their manufacturing site near Birmingham. Our client has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and have rapidly expanded, it’s a really exciting time to be joining the business. You will be responsible for continuing to drive health, safety and quality standards forward across the site.

The Role:

• Support and guide on various site HSQ matters
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
• Ensure all H&S training needs are fulfilled
• Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance
• Develop and run HSQ workshops and meetings

The Candidate:

• Previous experience within an H&S role - within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to strongly influence various stakeholders
• Experience of PUWER & LOLER is preferable
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or Lead Auditor trained
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ
