We are currently working exclusively with a leading food manufacturing organisation, based in Spalding who are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their business. A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning business, who are looking for someone to continue to drive the safety culture forward and be the lead on this large site.


The Role:

Promote a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the businessYou will provide day to day Health and Safety advice You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met

The Candidate:

NEBOSH diploma, or similar, relevant qualificationsYou will ideally have some experience working in Health & Safety, any experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Ideally have Piema, knowledge of 14001 or experience of dealing with the Environmental Agencies You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersExperience in leading internal and external H&S and Environmental auditsYou must be adaptable as you will be required to support on various facilities tasks
