The Role:Promote a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture across the businessYou will provide day to day Health and Safety advice You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met
The Candidate:NEBOSH General as a minimum, Diploma is preferable You must have experience working in Health & Safety, any experience working in a manufacturing settingIdeally 3-5years experience within a Managers positionYou will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersExperience in leading internal and external H&S and Environmental auditsYou must be adaptable as you will be required to support on some security tasks
