Energy Bureau Analyst - 12-Months FTC

Acre is working with one of the UK's leading Real Estate companies to identify an analytical professional to join their team as an Energy Bureau Analyst. This is a 12-month contract and the opportunity to work for a prestigious organisation.

In this role, you will be working with a portfolio of around 10 assets, having sole accountability for the operational contract management of a utility provider, whilst managing key stakeholder relationships.

A strong aspect of this role is the analysis of all created recharges, and ensuring the delivery of correct invoices. As such, it is essential that you have recharge data analysis experience, strong attention to detail and previous experience working with energy data.

You'll also need to have proven experience delivering bureau services, including invoice, consumption data validation, cost recovery and importantly, tenant recharging.

You will have stakeholder management and customer service skills, to engage with internal and external customers effectively.
