HSEQ & Facilities Manager | Cirencester OR Cheltenham Based | Environmental Consultancy | Brand New Role

Your new company
An environmental consultancy with offices in Gloucestershire and projects across the UK providing services from ecology and archaeology to arboriculture and estate planning, are looking to add a brand new role to their senior team. Your new role
The new role of HSEQ & Facilities Manager will include line management responsibilities for a HSEQ Advisor & Premises Manager. You will have overall responsibility for driving H&S performance for the business, working across their business support functions and wider company services. The key tasks for this role will be defining H&S strategy, leading on ISO9001, audits, developing culture, increasing engagement, and overall making HSEQ more accessible and understandable for all levels of staff. From a facilities aspect you will be overseeing the offices and home working environments.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, my client is looking for NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) qualified candidates, with a strong health & safety track record in developing and implementing policies and procedures. From a facilities aspect experience with managing facilities is desirable but they can also work with the right person to develop this area. They are looking for someone comfortable speaking and influencing people who will be able to fit into their small and growing team.
