Health and Safety Manager
The Role
Working as part of a professional compliance team you will be responsible for the generic H&S role for housing, this includes all colleagues related H&S matter as well as monitoring of our projects, contractors, and on site requirements of H&S.
You will work closely with all the other teams in compliance especially the fire / FRA team on future policy frameworks around the emerging Building Safety Bill
You will also directly manage the Asbestos team ensuring compliance in both communal structures and in dwelling surveys.
You
You will be a highly qualified H&S Professional with an excellent grasp of the emerging policy environment going forward in 2021. You will also have an advanced knowledge of H&S legislation. You will be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written communications and have experience in policy formation.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to network and navigate through an increasingly complex and political H&S environment and work flexibly to support the wider operational objectives of resident services.
