Job Details
A facilities and property management organisation is seeking an Health and Safety Advisor to be based in West London. You will work within the maintenance team, leading on H&S monitoring and compliance across this business area, ensuring staff understand their H&S obligations.
The Role
- Assist in implementing H&S policies within the maintenance division, design suitable procedures
- Monitor H&S compliance
- Develop and deliver Health and Safety training to staff
- Work to develop a positive H&S culture across the business
The Candidate
- NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent
- Experience as a safety practitioner, ideally within a maintenance/construction environment
- Hands on, pragmatic approach to safety management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
