We are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a Senior HSEQ Manager to lead and develop the strategy across their two sites in Derbyshire. As the Senior HSEQ Manager you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture within the group.

The Role of Senior HSEQ Manager:

  • Lead and Support on various site HSEQ matters
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
  • Review policies and procedures
  • Leading a small team  
  • Ensure all HSEQ training needs are fulfilled
  • Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance
  • Develop and run HSEQ workshops and meetings

    • The Senior HSEQ Manager Candidate:

  • Ideally diploma qualified but NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ
  • Previous experience within an HSEQ role within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders
  • Experience of implementing / maintaining – ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 systems
  • Experience managing / developing a HSEQ team
