Having recruited a new consultant in January 2021 and with business booming, we are looking to expand our team again.
We’re really interested in talking to people who are committed to delivering a great service and building strong long-term relationships with clients. You’ll ideally be an experienced health and safety consultant, but if you’re looking for your first role in consultancy we’d still like to hear from you.
A Vita Safety consultant is highly methodical, focused on quality, self-starter, with excellent communication skills and enjoys spending time to ensure that clients get the best possible service. You will be comfortable working from home and will have an established home working space, with the ability to manage your own time and service delivery.
Whether you’ve worked in consultancy or not, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience of managing health and safety across a range of industries and will ideally be a confident auditor and trainer. Whatever experience you bring, there will be opportunities to develop your skills through our personal development programmes.
You’ll work from home as part of a small team, supporting a broad range of clients from SME’s to international companies, spending on average 3 days a week with clients.
You will need to be at least GradIOSH membership level, with an already established plan to become CMIOSH.
