Health and Safety Manager

We have been exclusively engaged by a well known Hospitality organisation who are searching for a Health and Safety Manager. This is a stand alone role and requires a proven H&S Manager with a strong operational background. Based in the South West, this role will involve dealing with a large variety of risks and the successful candidate can expect to be working in a fast moving and lively environment.

The Role:

• Providing Health and Safety advice for various property types and activities
  
• Develop and deliver H&S strategy, policy and procedure
• Review best practice and introduce new ways of working
• Overall responsibility for the H&S compliance of the organisation

The Candidate:

• Hold a Level 6 H&S qualification such as the NEBOSH or NCRQ Diploma
• Ideally a hospitality/leisure background 
• Have a dynamic and engaging approach
• Ability to influence at all levels
