Head of Health & Safety
£65,000 - £75,000 plus package
A major Construction company who is seeking to appoint a proven H&S leader to lead a team in the NW. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference and would suit a H&S Leader with a track record of influencing change.
The Role:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high performing functional team of EHS professionals
- Provide expert leadership across the company, including the engagement of client, regulatory and other third party stakeholders
- Supporting and contributing to the wider business objectives
The Candidate:
- CMIOSH calibre individual
- Prior experience leading a high performing team in a matrix structured organisation
- Possessing advanced influencing and communication skills
- Prior experience in a Construction enviornment
