We're pleased to have been engaged by a fast-growing property and housing company, to recruit a Health and Safety Manager. The organisation are well established in their industry and provide high-quality housing across London and the home counties. Health and safety has always been at the top of the agenda and this role is critical to ensure their continued success.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

• Supporting and coaching Directors, Managers and colleagues to develop and display positive health and safety behaviours
• Monitoring/reviewing the implementation of the organisation's health and safety risk control strategies
• Developing a strong health and safety culture within the business

• Engaging internally to share best practice and ideas, constantly assessing opportunities for improvement and innovation in health and safety

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

• Proven health and safety experience from social housing, hard facilities management, property maintenance or care environments
• Ideally NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant membership of IOSH
• Excellent communications skills with proven experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders
• A strong technical knowledge across relevant health and safety legislation
