Sustainability/BREEAM Advisor – London – £30,000

A fast growing London based specalist construction contractor is looking for a Sustainability/BREEAM Advisor to join their team.  You will be the to go contact within the team for BREEAM/ Sustainability assessments. This will be a roaming role across their London based projects.

The Sustainability/BREEAM Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Act as lead on BREEAM, LEED, SKA and WELL
  • Own and managing data collection
  • Working with site teams to improve environmental performance
  • Contribute to tenders/PQQ submissions

    • The successful Sustainability/BREEAM Advisor will have:

  • Experience of BREEAM
  • Experience of SKA/LEED desriable 
  • Ability to travel across the region to sites
  • Strong communication skills
