Health and Safety Advisor - Facilities Management/Building Services - London - healthcare projects - £40k-£50k+package (car, pension, healthcare) dependent on qualifications/experience

Key duties/responsibilities:-
In scope number of inspections and audits completed and documented. Reports produced, detailing remedial actions which are communicated to relevant parties. Keep managers informed on findings/ themes/ trends and monitor the close out of actions
Compliance identified through audits
Records of briefings on the management of subcontractors including the development of TBTs. Compliance with the procedure identified through audits and inspections.
Any significant issues raised in a timely manner to line manager to ensure they are kept informed.
Investigation reports are produced to a high standard and clearly identify immediate, underlying and root cause and learning outcomes.
Agreed actions from investigations are tracked and monitored closely to ensure they are delivered.
Minutes from meetings evidence participation and actions assigned are completed. Health and Safety information from enabling function requirements are discussed.
PQQ's completed as per the rota. Tracker updated and PQQ document review form completed.
Good relationships with key stakeholders established with a clear mutual understanding of aims.
Quality learning material developed and delivered as per set timeframes
Complete audits in accordance with the Building services audit schedule, produce audit reports in a timely manner and communicate to key stakeholders. Upon receipt of evidence, close out any identified NCRs.
Support the contracts on any 3rd party audits and assist in closing any NCRs identified.
Ensure all initiatives and campaigns are communicated to the projects and support implementation.
Participate in monthly Health and Safety team meeting. Share best practice and provide support/advice to other Health and Safety Advisors.

Qualifications:-
* Previous experience in facilities management/ building services
* Hold a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate
* IOSH Membership - GradIOSH or CMIOSH
* Holds NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, or is working towards the NEBOSH Diploma
* Auditing qualification - desirable
