HSEQ Training & Compliance Manager | Logistics Sector | Lutterworth | Must have formal training qualifications


Your new company
A leading UK&I logistics and supply chain provider are looking to grow their internal health & safety training team. They have 200+ sites and thousands of employees who all work to make their customers businesses better every day. They have put significant development into their in-house health and safety training and compliance teams over the past months an years and this role is part of that journey.

Your new role
You will responsible for maintaining the companies high quality and standards in regards to all HSEQ training. You will work with the HSEQ team to identify training opportunities, evaluate success of training, and ensure quality training standards across the range of courses. You will be supported and manage a team of training coordinators and compliance officers and liaise with divisional HSEQ Managers and Senior Management teams to ensure the business needs are supported. You will also be required to write and develop bespoke training, keep up to date with developments and ensure course material is reviewed and relevant.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to hold a formal training qualification (PTLLS, BTEC Award (L3), CTLLS etc...) as well as the TAQA award in assessing vocational achievement (level 3.) You will need to have a strong understanding of health & safety practices, experience training in the sector and achieving/maintaining awarding body status.
