Health and Safety Manager (12 month FTC)
An opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join a property management organisation on a 12 month FTC. Within this role the successful candidate would be expected to lead and manage a small team, liaise with senior stakeholders and have a can do attitude. This role has a great blend of remaining hands on, whilst managing staff and supporting the Head of Health and Safety. This role is based from Oxfordshire and will involve occasional UK wide travel.
The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:Managing a small team of H&S professionalsLeading on accident and incident investigationsDevelop strong relationships with operational managersDevelopment and delivery of QHSE training
The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:NEBOSH/ NCRQ Diploma or equivalent Excellent understanding of the risks within a Property/ FM or Retail environmentStrong communication and influencing skills, ability to build rapport at all levels Experience of leading and managing teams Reference: 15902
