Hays Health & Safety have registered an exclusive opportunity to work with commercial real estate firm based in London.

Your new role
This role reports into the H&S Director and has responsibility for policy development, process implementation and compliance. You will be giving specialist guidance on all H&S issues, overseeing accreditation's, making recommendations for improvement and applying new legislative change. You will also be tasked on reporting on compliance, developing relationships, delivering training, and impacting on culture within in the business. You will be based from London Head Office and will also travel around sites completing audits and site safety inspections.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to hold the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and ideally either CMIOSH status or working towards it. Qualifications in quality and environmental management will also be beneficial. You will also need to have practical experience in managing health & safety across either the property or real estate environment. A strong understanding of health and safety in regards to property management, corporate real estate, FM and building maintenance is also essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of £45k-£55k depending on experience plus a healthy benefits package.
