The Role of EHS Manager:Create, develop and implement the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across the site, working closely with senior leadersYou will drive cultural change, bringing EHS to the forefrontCoaching, managing, and developing will be essential, for you to drive change and enable individuals and the business to be more proactiveEnsure standards are met and continually improved uponBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyTo develop, progress and champion continuous improvement
The EHS Manager candidateExperience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing / engineering or logistics and distribution Personality, engagement and drive are essential Experience of driving behavioural based safety programmesKnowledge of ISO 45001 & 14001NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualificationProven leadership skills – the ability to engage at all levelsCommitted to continuous improvement and operational excellence
