Job Details

Hilton Food Group (HFG) works with some of the world's leading retailers and food businesses to produce a broad range of animal and plant-based protein products, in a world of ever-changing consumer preferences. In positioning itself as the leading international food-packing business, the key to HFG's success has been based on partnership and responsibility: HFG operates across 13 markets, working with a small number of industry-leading customers on an exclusive basis in each country, producing innovative, high-quality products which are created in a responsible and sustainable manner.

As the company's commitment to Sustainability continues to build, the Group Corporate Social Responsibility function faces growing demands both internally and externally. As a result, the team continues to grow to meet stakeholder expectations and the company is looking to appoint a Group Product Sustainability Manager, reporting directly to the Group CSR Director. The incoming Manager will take responsibility for activities aligned to the Group Strategy, working in collaboration with the Group CSR Manager

You will possess:

  • A deep understanding of environmental sustainability topics within the food industry
  • Experience of conducting LCAs (or working closely with suppliers on this)
  • Experience of ESG / Sustainability reporting (desirable)
  • An ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Strong conceptual thinker, with the ability to develop and adapt processes on a global level

In joining Hilton Food Group, you will be continuing your career with a company which has embedded sustainability at the heart of its operations and continues to redefine sustainability in the food production industry. With a supportive leadership team, strong recognition of the company's sustainability programme and the opportunity to develop further, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact with an ambitious team. Please apply or contact Tom Townsend on if you would like to discuss further.
