Environmental Advisor – Derby – £35-40K
A British construction company is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to provide site based environmental advice across the UK, with an office base in the North Midlands. You will be joining an ambitious and enthusiastic team whose overall objective is to improve environmental performance across the company.
The Environmental Advisor will be responsible for:
- Provide on-site environmental advice with regards to waste management, pollution prevention controls and Environmental Management Plans
- Monitor environmental performance, report back on this to the client
- Provide advice for pre-qualification and tender submissions
- Investigate any environment incidents and liaise with regulators as required
The successful Environmental Advisor will have:
- Full UK driving license
- 2 years experience in the construction sector
- Environmental related degree
- IEMA member
