Sustainability Advisor - Kent – £35-40K
A high-end residential specialist are currently looking to recruit a Sustainability Advisor. Sustainability is integrated throughout our clients business, they put major emphasis on developing sustainable places and having an ambitious sustainability strategy.
This role will be based on a various sites within Kent and the Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the best sustainability and environmental compliance is achieved across the construction sites.
The Sustainability Advisor will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of divisional strategy, standards and procedures
- Ensure project and offices maintai compliance to legal and company requirements
- Assist with BREEAM requirements
- Assist with planning applications
The successful Sustainability Advisor will have:
- IEMA certification or simialr qualification
- Experience of environmental and sustainability compliance within construction
- Driving licence
