An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy as a SHEQ Advisor. This is an internal facing role, working in the management systems team to assist on the delivery of the company's SHEQ management systems.

** Candidates in Hemel Hempstead, Coventry and Cheshire or surrounding areas would be suitable for this role **

The Role of the SHEQ Advisor will be: 

  • Working both on-site and in the office to implement SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Conducting audits and inspections, ensuring compliance in line with the company’s SHEQ targets and objectives
  • Work to improve SHEQ standards across the division, developing resources and implementing and achieving SHEQ objectives
  • Develop and deliver SHEQ training to both internal employees and external parties  
  • The SHEQ Advisor will have:

  • 5 years’ experience working in a H&S position as a minimum
  • Experience working with management systems including ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001
  • Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate/NCRQ Certificate level or equivalent (essential)
  • GradIOSH/CMIOSH (TechIOSH candidates will also be considered with relevant experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
