Associate Principal Designer

Due to a retirement in the team they are looking for an experienced, Associate level CDM professional who is commercially minded and has ambitions of developing a team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated to push their career forward within a business where people have the confidence to work independently, be creative, and consistently deliver excellence.

The role would suit a technical specialist who has substantial experience within a similar position, demonstrating a strong construction or design background. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a consultancy or architectural team and have a clear track record in commercial and/or high end-resi sectors in London.

This role is suitable for someone currently leading a small team who has the ability to develop existing relationships with key accounts, whilst also being able to generate new business in the market.
