Health, Safety & CDM Consultant

The role presents an opportunity for a highly motivated Principal Designer and Health & Safety Advisor, to join a well-established Construction Consultancy working on a varied and interesting range of projects.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide Principal Designer, Adviser to Principal Designer, Client Adviser services and Health & Safety advice/audits on a range of projects on a national basis. You must be able to demonstrate their experience and competence in refurbishments, extensions, demolition and new builds.

Additionally you will be required to assist in the further development of the Health & Safety Consultancy Service in order to achieve increased revenues over the next five years. Our client delivers a wide variety of Construction consultancy services. Surveying services are well established in Northern region and would be looking for a safety professional to join the team who is keen to develop as a PD towards a Senior role.

The Company provides specialist services for Building Surveying, Dilapidation's, Principal Designer, Adviser to Principal Designer, Client Adviser and Health & Safety Adviser, Project Management, Facilities Management and Party Wall Surveying.

The Company has an enviable client base and has experience of dealing with a very broad range of projects including new build, refurbishment and maintenance schemes for transport, public, leisure, education, retail, industrial, residential and commercial properties, ranging in value from £25K to £60M +.
