A small, bespoke Health and Safety consultancy and training provider are currently looking for a candidate to come on board in a senior position to lead the Health and Safety training department. This role would involve delivering Health and Safety training courses and managing the training department with support from the admin team.
The Role of the Health and Safety Training Manager will be:
Delivering training courses including NEBOSH Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely and CITBDraft bespoke training packages and deliver on site training to a range of businessesManaging the training department, managing the team where needed
The Health and Safety Training Manager will have:
Experience delivering NEBOSH and IOSH courses – ESSENTIALQualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent – ESSENTIALGradIOSH/CMIOSH – ESSENTIALExperience managing a department or extensive training experience with an operational understanding of running a department Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, both written and verbal
