H&S Due Dilligence Consultant

We are currently working with a leading engineering consultancy who are looking for an Health and Safety Due Diligence Consultant to join an established and growing team in the Operations Consulting and ESG Strategy teams. This role will span across due diligence, providing technical delivery of Health and Safety services on a range of projects. This role would suit a candidate with a background in ESG who has transitioned into a Safety role.

The Role of the Health and Safety Due Diligence Consultant will be:

To deliver on a range of Health and Safety projects working alongside the Project Managers or DirectorsTo work in a client facing role, preparing proposals and developing client relationshipsTo conduct audits and inspections, method statements, risk analysis and Safe Systems of WorkTo review and audit the Health and Safety management system and drive initiatives to help influence company behaviours and performance related to Health and Safety

The Candidate:

2+ years in a Health and Safety role with experience working in Due Diligence/ESGHealth and Safety background in Consultancy, Energy, Renewables or Utilities highly desirableQualified to NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent (essential)Degree qualified, ideally in a relevant disciplineExcellent communication skills and the ability to work in a client facing role
