Senior CDM, Health and Safety Consultant

About the role:

I am working with a leading multi-disciplinary firm who are looking to appoint a talented Senior Health, Safety & CDM Consultant to the office in Newcastle. My client is regarded as a market leader in Building Consultancy working on projects within commercial, resi, retail and hotel sectors across the UK. As a Senior Health, Safety & CDM Consultant you will be working closely with major manufacturing and industrial clients in the Northeast ensuring that projects are completed safely, ensuring a professional and coordinated approach.

About you:

You will be a highly experienced CDM, Health & Safety professional with the ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of CDM regulations and associated legislation. You will be comfortable working with clients on a range of projects. To succeed in this role you will be able to work to the highest of standards while building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels from clients to designers and contractors, internally and externally.

Key Skills and Experience:

• NEBOSH diploma and General and Construction certificate, alongside CMaPS or GradIOSH/CMIOSH
• Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of CDM regulations and associated legislation.
