HSQE Advisor (6 month FTC)

We are exclusively working with a leading Facilities Management company who are looking for a field based HSQE Advisor on an initial 6 month FTC with national travel. There is potential for the role to be extended and will suit candidates with the ability to make an immediate impact and build strong working relationships.

The HSQE Advisor will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement HSQE processes in line with Corporate Policies
  
• Coach and guide operational teams on Risk assessment / COSHH assessments
• Identify, log, track and monitor non-conformities ensuring root cause analyses
• Monitor accident and incident investigation

The successful HSQE Advisor will have:

• A NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent; ideally a member of IOSH
• Be commercially aware and willing to travel across the Midlands and North
• Experience of ISO standards desirable
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a client facing role
