Shirley Parsons are working exclusively with a Facilities Management organisation that are looking for an Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to ensure high standards of HSE are achieved across service lines. The role is based in East London. The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will support the Head of HSEQ on strategy whilst leading on operational HSE Management.
The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will be responsible for:
Developing and promoting a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the organisationBuilding close working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholdersAudit and monitor the management systems for compliance across the organisation, whilst working towards accreditationContinually review, update and improve policies, procedures and guidance
The Successful Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will have:
NEBOSH/ NCRQ Diploma or equivalent; ideally Graduate or Chartered member of IOSHProactive, engaging and adaptable approach; ability to work in a fast paced environmentExperience in the FM sector, both hard and soft services (highly desirable) Understanding, knowledge and experience of HSEQ systems
