Town Planner

We are working with a leading consultancy within the Environmental sector who are looking for Town Planners to help deliver on major housing and mixed-use regeneration schemes.

Senior Town Planner - starting at £35,000 + benefits 

Principal Town Planner - starting at £40,000 + benefits 

Job Responsibilities: 

Managing projects with guidance from a senior member of the team, where required; liaising with clients, local authorities, consultants and key stakeholders to proactively move projects forward; developing strong professional networking relationships with those in the property and planning industry to identify opportunities for business development; work collaboratively in teams to support bids and tenders; and writing and submitting planning applications.

Specification:

• Have a RTPI accredited degree.
• Be MRTPI qualified and have at least 5 years’ experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be critical thinkers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be organised, flexible, proactive and professional
