An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Occupational Health Manager to join a leading civil engineering company working across a multi-billion pound project based in North West London. The role will be leading a team of Occupational Health Nurses/Technicians, the role will entail wider responsibility for occupational health across the project. Experience with occupational health is key to the position and ideally to have knowledge in an infrastructure environment 

The Role:

  • Provide operational and functional management advice on the practical implementation of the company’s Health related policies and processes 
  • Advise and assist in the development and review of the Health section of the contract Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plan
  • Provide operational and functional management with advice on matters connected with health incident prevention including the legal requirement for health
  • Conducting required medicals including safety critical medicals, wellbeing medicals etc
  • Manage the monitoring, analysis of and reporting of Health-related performance at contract level

    • The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Experience in leading occupational health within a business or project 
  • Have a confident personality and the interpersonal skills 
  • Open to candidates from all sectors
