SHEQ Compliance Assistant | Waste Management Company | £28-30k | Focus on ISO accreditations


Your new company
This is a family-run waste management company who are continuing to grow & expand and have therefore created a new opportunity for a health & safety compliance professional to support their compliance operation across their business.

Your new role
This role will report into the Compliance Officer and will assist them with elements relating to ISO9001, ISO18001 and ISO14001. You will assist with internal audits, ensuring records of site inspections are kept, keep training files updated, review COSHH documentation, update policies & procedures and any other compliance related tasks that arise. You will be based on site at one of their sites in Guildford Monday-Friday 8am - 5:30pm.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need previous experience in a compliance focused role ideally with some knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.) My client is looking for someone proactive, able to learn quickly and who is happy to lend a hand where needed. Whilst not essential a NEBOSH General Certificate would also be advantageous.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including private health care, life cover & company pension scheme.
