Job Details
We are currently working with a Global Testing, Inspection & Certification business who are looking for a Senior Ergonomist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support a small team of consultants / ergonomics to deliver commercial technical support to the furniture industry
- Deliver, or exceed, budgeted net sales and EBITDA for the department
- Assist in the development of budgets and forecast
- Monitor, control and advise on any deviation to budget or forecast
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of customer work on time and of high quality
- Inspire excellent customer service to minimise customer complaints.
- Identify areas where expansion of services is possible within the wider group
Specification:
- Proven skills in effective staff and client management
- Strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel
- Strong technical knowledge, degree qualified or higher in ergonomics / human factors
- Financial awareness (understanding of Profit and Loss accounts)
- Good prioritisation: able to reach decisions quickly and effectively
